OUR SPECIALTY

Since 2020, we have opened a unique space for lovers of Japanese cuisine in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Our first restaurant has become a benchmark thanks to the combination of tradition and creativity: friendly and professional service, a Japanese chef, and a maki master who create dishes with fresh, top-quality ingredients.

Our rolls, with a contemporary twist, bring an innovative approach to classic Japanese cuisine, while ingredients such as Mediterranean tuna and Norwegian salmon arrive regularly in our kitchens, guaranteeing freshness and flavor in every bite.

At Avenida Rafael Cabrera, we offer an authentic gastronomic experience, with a welcoming atmosphere and decor that transports our diners to the heart of Japan.

In January 2026, we opened our second restaurant in Olof Palme, maintaining the same essence, quality and creativity that characterizes us, with spaces designed to enjoy our Japanese proposal with a contemporary touch and continue sharing our passion for cooking.
